Breathing Exercise

Mindfulness Exercise

Coloring Exercise

Inhale: Breathe in slowly through your nose for 8 seconds.

Hold: Retain your breath for 8 seconds.

Exhale: Breathe out slowly through your nose for 8 seconds.

Repeat: Perform this cycle 3 times.



Get a small object (keys, pen...)

Look carefully for all the details of the object. (irregular borders, marks...)

Do this for 5 minutes.

Draw something on a paper.

Color it.
